中国与越南天然橡胶标准指标比对

Comparison of Natural Rubber Standard Indicators between China and Vietnam

越南是世界第四大天然橡胶生产国,天然橡胶作为热带特色经济作物,是越南的主要出口产品之一。我国是世界第一大天然橡胶消费国和进口国,随着“中国-东盟自由贸易区”的建立,中越两国橡胶产业合作贸易前景越发广阔。本文通过比对中越两国天然橡胶标准(GB/T 8295-2008与TCVN 6318-1997)金属化合物含量测定的关键指标,分析两国天然橡胶在老化以及使用寿命方面的差异,并对我国相关标准体系的完善以及橡胶产业的发展提出对策与建议,为推动中越两国天然橡胶双边贸易合作提供参考。

Vietnam is the fourth largest producer of natural rubber in the world.Natural rubber is one of Vietnam's major export products as a tropical economic crop.China is the world's largest consumer and importer of natural rubber.With the establishment of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area,the prospects for cooperation and trade in the rubber industry between China and Vietnam are growing.This paper analyzes the differences in the aging and service life of natural rubber between the two countries by comparing the key indicators of the determination of metal compounds in the natural rubber standards of China and Vietnam(GB/T 8295-2008 and TCVN 6318-1997),and the relevant standards in China.It proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement of the system and the development of the rubber industry,and provides reference for promoting bilateral trade cooperation on natural rubber between China and Vietnam.
