摘要 为了检测阀体三通管的内外表面缺陷,根据工件形状、材质和表面状态确定合适的磁化方法。依据行业标准,确定所需检测设备器材和磁化规范,并用标准试片进行灵敏度验证。结果表明:通过选用合适的磁化方法、磁化规范、磁化次数、磁粉类型、磁悬液浓度、磁化时间等检验工艺参数,能有效检出阀体三通管内外表面上的缺陷,具有较高的检测灵敏度和缺陷检出率。 In order to detect the inner and outer surface defects of the valve body tee,the magnetization method is determined according to the shape,material and surface state of the workpiece.The required testing equipment and magnetization specifications are determined,and standard test strips are used for sensitivity verification,according to industry standards.The results show that the defects on the inner and outer surfaces of the valve body tee can be effectively detected by selecting the appropriate magnetization method,magnetization specification,magnetization times,magnetic powder type,magnetic suspension concentration,magnetization time and other test process parameters,which have high detection sensitivity and defect detection rate.
