局灶点阵激光联合他扎罗汀治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕31例临床研究

Clinical effect of focal spot laser combined with tazarotene in treatment of acne depression scars

目的:探讨局灶点阵激光联合他扎罗汀治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者的效果。方法:选择63例痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者,随机分为两组。两组均点涂他扎罗汀乳膏,观察组采用局灶点阵激光,对照组采用大面积平扫技术。结果:观察组的有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的痤疮瘢痕权重评分(ECCA)均明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组的ECCA权重评分明显更低(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的经表皮水分丢失、红斑指数、黑素指数明显升高(P<0.05),角质层水分含量明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组的经表皮水分丢失、红斑指数、黑素指数明显低于对照组(P<0.05),角质层水分含量明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:局灶点阵激光联合他扎罗汀对痤疮凹陷性瘢痕具有确切的疗效。

Objective:To study the effect of focal spot laser combined with tazarotene in treating acne depression scars.Methods:Sixty-three patients with acne depression scars were randomly divided into two groups.Both groups were spot-coated with tazarotene cream.The observation group was treated with focal spot lasers,and the control group was treated with large-area plain scanning.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the acne scar weight score(ECCA)of the two groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and ECCA in the observation group was significantly lower(P<0.05).After treatment,transepidermal water loss,erythema index and melanin index were significantly increased in both groups(P<0.05),and the cuticle moisture content was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the transepidermal water loss,erythema index and melanin index of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the cuticle moisture content was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Focal spot laser combined with tazarotene has a definitive curative effect on acne depression scars.
