Analysis of the New Policy on the Protection of IEC Standard Copyright

一直以来IEC非常重视标准的版权保护,自1993年与ISO共同制定标准版权保护政策后,不断制修订和完善其标准版权保护政策。2019年底,IEC发布了《IEC销售政策》和《IEC销售政策实施条件》两个版权保护政策文件。本文将对IEC这两个文件进行系统解析,并对IEC标准版权保护政策进行了综合分析,最后提出研究结论及对我国的启示。

IEC has always attached great importance to the protection of standard copyrights.Since the standard copyright protection policy was jointly developed with ISO in 1993,the standard copyright protection policy has been continuously revised and improved.At the end of 2019,IEC released two copyright protection policy documents–IEC Sales Policy and IEC Sales Policy Implementation Conditions.This article systematically analyzes the two documents of IEC,and makes a comprehensive analysis of the copyright protection policy of IEC standard.It puts forward the research conclusion and the enlightenment to our country.
