摘要
为更科学合理地对装配式建筑综合效益进行评价,依据前人研究和工程实践经验确定了由经济、环境和社会效益构成的指标体系。采用AHP法确定各级评价指标权重,通过建立物元可拓评价模型对装配式建筑进行综合效益评价。针对装配式建筑工程案例,采用定性和定量相结合的方法来处理评价指标,建立评价标准和评价体系,对装配式建筑案例的综合效益进行评价,以期对未来装配式建筑的发展和普及化提供借鉴。
In order to evaluate the comprehensive benefits of prefabricated buildings more scientifically and reasonably,an index system composed of economic,environmental and social benefits was determined based on previous research and engineering practice experience.The Analytic hierarchy process method(AHP)was used to determine the weights of the evaluation indicators at all levels,and a comprehensive evaluation of prefabricated buildings was carried out by establishing a gray matter-element comprehensive evaluation model.For prefabricated building engineering cases,a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods was used to process evaluation indicators,evaluation standards and evaluation systems were established,and the comprehensive benefits of prefabricated building caseswere evaluated,so as to providereference for the development and popularization of prefabricated building in the future.
