Upgrade design of Guangxi water conservancy video conference system

介绍了广西水利视频会商系统升级完善后的功能和结构。系统升级设计在保证可靠性和稳定性的前提下,按照利旧原则,以“技术先进、科学合理、安全可靠、经济适用”为指导思想进行系统的建设。主要建设内容为升级完善自治区本级、14个市以及109个县的三级视频会商系统,新建全区共1044个乡镇视频会商系统;同时,升级扩容已覆盖我区14个市、109个县的水利综合信息数据网络,并将其延伸到1044个乡镇,使得自治区、市、县、乡镇四级部门可同时召开视频会商。

An introduction was made on the functions and structure of Guangxi water conservancy video conference system after the upgrade.Under the premise of ensuring reliability and stability,the upgrade design was conducted according to the principle of taking advantage of the existing equipment,and with"advanced technology,scientific and reasonable,safe and reliable,economical and applicable"as the guiding ideology.Main construction contents include upgrade of the video conference systems of provincial-level,city-level of 14 cities and 3rd-level of 109 counties.New video conference systems will be constructed at 1044 towns.The comprehensive water conservancy information data network covering 14 cities and 109 counties of Guangxi will be upgraded and expanded to 1044 counties,so the water conservancy departments of provincial level,city-level,county-level and town-level can hold video consultation synchronously.
