上海市公共场所无障碍设施调查研究

Investigation and Research on Barrier-free Facilities in Public Places in Shanghai

城市无障碍设施的建设是一个重要的城市问题。它减少了残障人士、老年人等弱势群体参与社会生活的障碍,为其提供更广阔的生活空间。笔者参与上海市知行杯社会实践大赛,选取委办局专项课题无障碍设施的现状调研,以上海市杨浦区部分医疗卫生、商业场所、交通运输以及园林建筑4种类型的公共场所作为调研对象,通过实地调研、调查问卷等方式了解公共场所无障碍设施的现状,分析公共场所无障碍设施在使用中存在的问题,并提出相应的改进策略,以期完善城市功能。

The construction of barrier-free facilities in cities is an important urban concern,which reduces barriers for the participation of vulnerable groups such as the disabled and the elderly,and provides them with a wider living space.The author participated in the Shanghai Zhixing Cup Social Practice Contest and selected the investigation of the status quo of the barrier-free facilities of the special task of the Commission,and adopted four types of public places such as medical and health,commercial places,transportation and garden buildings in Yangpu District of Shanghai as the research object.Through field research,questionnaires and other ways,the status quo of barrier-free facilities in public places is summarized,the utilization problems of barrier-free facilities in public places are analyzed,and corresponding improvement strategies are proposed to improve urban functions.
