面向未来的德国城市全面无障碍化的思考与借鉴

Enlightenment of the Future-oriented Comprehensive Barrier-free in German Cities

德国在老年友好城市理念的引导下,结合国际交往的发展目标,以智慧城市的规划思维立足面向未来的无障碍城市环境建设,并积累了较为成功的经验。本文通过解读德国城市全面无障碍化建设的各项举措,分析其在无障碍理念、规划、实践方面的策略和方法,思考其在深化无障碍信息交流、运用无障碍科技等方面的进展,总结其能够为我国当下及未来城市无障碍环境建设提供的参考与借鉴,以期在基于中国国情并结合德国经验的前提下,加快实现我国城市的全面无障碍化。

Under the guidance of aging-friendly city and the development goal of international communication,Germany has accumulated successful experience in future-oriented comprehensive barrier-free based on the urban planning of Smart City.This paper interprets the various methods of the comprehensive barrier-free construction of German cities,and analyzes their strategies and methods in barrier-free concept,planning and practice.It also discusses the progress in strengthening barrierfree information exchange,applying barrier-free technology and provides references for the current and future construction of urban barrier-free environment in China.Combining the current conditions of China and the experience of Germany,this paper will be helpful in accelerating the realization of comprehensive barrier-free in Chinese cities.
