中国与南亚东南亚的文明交流互鉴,是彼此友好关系的重要组成部分,绵延至今,已有两千多年的历史,在不同历史时期呈现出不同的阶段性特征。丝绸之路开辟后,古代中国文明与南亚文明、东南亚文明之间的交流互动日益增多,形成了丝路相通、亲近友好的历史面貌。近现代时期,中国与南亚东南亚的前途和命运休戚相关,使得彼此之间的文明交流互鉴打上了患难与共的历史烙印。在当代,中国与南亚东南亚各国虽然存在现实国情和发展道路的差异,但彼此之间的文明交流互鉴历久弥新,体现出命运相连、求同存异的历史大势。总体上看,中国与南亚东南亚的文明交流互鉴具有源远流长、历久弥新,官民并举、民间先行、取长补短、择善而从等鲜明的历史特点。从文明交流互鉴的历史启示来看,推动构建中国—南亚东南亚命运共同体,文缘相融是先天优势,文化认同是关键所在,文明对话是必由之路。因此,要大力弘扬丝路精神,深刻阐释构建中国—南亚东南亚命运共同体的精神内涵。要大力挖掘历史资源,充分调动构建中国—南亚东南亚命运共同体的文化基因。要大力开展人文交流,不断夯实构建中国—南亚东南亚命运共同体的人文基础。要大力推动南方丝绸之路联合申遗,积极推进构建中国—南亚东南亚命运共同体的项目合作。

Exchanges and mutual learning among civilizations is an important part of the friendly relations among China,South and Southeast Asia.The exchanges and mutual learning is characterized by obvious stages and left unforgettable legacies in different historical periods.In antient times,China,South and South Asia were close and friendly by the connection of the Silk Road.In modern times,facing difficulties together,they shared joys and sorrows.In the contemporary era,with a shared destiny,they seek common ground while shelving differences.Generally speaking,there are three distinct characteristics in the exchanges and mutual learning among Chinese,South and Southeast Asian civilizations,which provides enlightening significance to build a community of shared future for China,South and Southeast Asia.Firstly,going back to ancient times,they establish and strengthen their friendship both by land and sea.Secondly,the exchanges and mutual learning among them is not only by the officers but also by ordinary People,the latter of whom go ahead on their own.Thirdly,they learn from others’strong points to offset one’s weakness,and choose others’right course to follow it.This paper argues that we should promote the exchanges and mutual learning among Chinese,South and Southeast Asian civilizations,in order to pool the powerful force of civilization to build a community of shared future for China,South and Southeast Asia.
