本文针对板式家具开料生产过程中产生的长条形废料设计了相应的废料槽,利用减速电机驱动偏心轴使废料槽产生振动,利用振动给料的原理运送废料,利用液压装置将长条形废料截成短料便于大规模收集,进而解决了板式家具开料生产过程中废料收集处理的问题。

This article is mainly about how to solve the problems of waste collection and treatment in the production process of panel furniture.According to the long strip waste,the corresponding waste tank is designed.The eccentric shaft driven by the deceler⁃ator is used to make the waste tank vibrate.The principle of vibration feeding is used to transport the waste,and the long strip waste is cut into short pieces by the hydraulic device for large-scale collection.
