摘要 对某难选氧化锑矿进行了浮选试验研究。试样为氧化锑矿物占60.31%,硫化锑矿占39.69%的混合锑矿,氧化率较高。通过开展活化剂、抑制剂和捕收剂种类和用量试验,获得了最佳的工艺参数,用混合浮选工艺可实现氧化锑矿和硫化锑矿同时回收。结果表明:以改性水玻璃-302为抑制剂,丁基黄药和EF105为捕收剂,硝酸铅为活化剂,松醇油为起泡剂,在最佳用量条件下,采用一粗两扫二精的浮选流程,可获得锑品位为16.01%、锑回收率为72.86%的锑精矿。 The flotation experiments were carried out on a refractory antimony oxidized ore.The sample is a mixture antimony ore with oxidized ore accounting for 60.31% and sulfide ore accounting for 39.69%,so the oxidation rate is high.The optimal process parameters were obtained by carrying out experiments on the types and dosages of activators,inhibitors and collectors.The test results showed that using modified CMC as inhibitor,butyl xanthate and EF105 as collectors,Pb(NO3)2 as an activator,and terpenic oil as foaming agent,under the optimal dosage conditions,a mixture concentrate with grade of 16.01% was obtained at a recovery of 72.86% by flotation process of one rougher-two scavenging-two cleaning.While antimony oxidized and sulfide ore can be simultaneous recycled by bulk flotation process.
