医患共同决策模式在突发性聋患者诊疗中的思考

Thinking of shared-decision making model in diagnosis and treatment of patients with sudden sensorineural hearing loss

突发性聋是耳鼻喉急症,及时恰当的治疗对听力提高很重要。通过分析突发性聋患者临床遇到的问题,提出解决方法,以医患双方共同接受的,最有利于患者的治疗方案为目标,减轻患者在治疗过程遇到的困惑,提高决策质量和临床疗效。

Sudden sensorineural hearing loss is an ENT emergency,timely and proper treatment is rather important to the improving of hearing.By analyzing the clinical problems encountered by patients with sudden sensorineural hearing loss,solutions are proposed.Make finding a treatment plan that is most beneficial to the patients and meanwhile accepted by both doctors and patients as the target,reduce the confusion encountered by patients in the process of treatment and improve the quality of decision-making and clinical effects.
