摘要
对煤制乙二醇生产过程中的废气废液同炉焚烧技术、低品位蒸汽发电及制冷技术、除氧槽乏汽回收技术、粗甲烷气生产甲酸钠技术和乙二醇废水蒸发结晶技术等技术效果进行分析,并将其应用于中盐红四方股份有限公司30万吨/年煤制乙二醇生产过程中。
In this paper,the effects of waste gas and waste liquid incineration technology in the same furnace,low-grade steam power generation and refrigeration technology,deaeration tank exhaust steam recovery technology,crude methane gas production sodium formate technology and glycol waste water evaporation crystallization technology in the process of coal to glycol production were analysed,and the novel technology of green chemical technology on the production process of 300000 t/year coal to glycol was applicated in Hongsifang Co.Ltd..
