电子信息用超薄双向拉伸聚酯薄膜生产关键技术

摘要 随着电子信息集成度越来越高,新型电子元器件材料逐渐向小型化的方向发展,其重要配套材料--聚酯薄膜也必然向着高品质、超薄化方向发展,对薄膜厚度减薄和电气性能等各项指标均提出了更高的要求。对生产线的挤出机螺杆结构、模头结构进行设计改造,对生产工艺进行进一步优化,解决了超薄聚酯薄膜的成膜性和厚度均匀性问题。薄膜分切采用双压辊卷绕式收卷技术,解决了超薄聚酯薄膜收卷褶皱难题,在5.8 m幅宽双向拉伸薄膜生产线成功实现了3μm厚超薄膜的批量稳定生产。 With the increasing integration of electronic information,new electronic component materials are mainly developing towards miniaturization.Polyester film,an important supporting material,is bound to develop towards high-quality and ultra-thin.It puts forward higher requirements for film thickness reduction and electrical performance.In this paper,the screw structure and die head structure of the extruder of the production line are designed and reformed,and the production process is further optimized to solve the problems of film-forming and thickness uniformity of ultra-thin polyester film,the double pressure roll winding winding winding technology is adopted for film cutting to solve the problem of folding of ultrathin polyester film.The 3μm thick bi-directional tensile film production line with a width of 5.8 m is successfully realized.The batch production of ultrathin films is stable.
