剔除环境因素影响的煤化工企业转型升级效率评价研究 被引量:1

Efficiency Evaluation of Transformation and Upgrading of Coal Chemical Enterprises by Removing the Influence of Environmental Factors

摘要 煤化工企业转型升级效率问题是实现企业高质量发展过程中的关键问题之一,为了更加客观且真实地反映煤化工企业的转型升级效率,依据行业特性,构建出煤化工企业转型升级效率评价指标体系,并将博弈交叉效率DEA模型与SFA回归模型相结合,提出了一个改进的三阶段DEA模型,利用该模型对煤化工企业转型升级效率进行评价,不仅可以剔除环境因素对效率值的影响,而且有效避免了传统三阶段DEA模型可能造成的伪有效情况.通过案例分析,样本企业转型升级效率总体较低,且明显受到了环境因素的影响.对投入要素与转型升级效率进行聚类分析,将煤化工企业转型升级生产模式划分为4种类型,分别为每种类型的企业指出了提升其转型升级效率的方法与建议. The efficiency of transformation and upgrading of coal chemical enterprises is one of the key issues in the process of realizing high-quality development of enterprises.In order to reflect the transformation and upgrading efficiency of coal chemical enterprises more objectively and truly,an evaluation index system of transformation and upgrading efficiency of coal chemical enterprises is constructed according to the characteristics of the industry,and an improved Three-stage DEA model is proposed by combining the game cross efficiency DEA model with the SFA regression model.By using this model to evaluate the transformation and upgrading efficiency of coal chemical enterprises,not only the influence of environmental factors on the efficiency value can be eliminated,but also the pseudo efficiency caused by the traditional Three-stage DEA model can be effectively avoided.Through case analysis,the efficiency of transformation and upgrading of sample enterprises is generally low,and obviously affected by environmental factors.By cluster analysis of input factors and transformation and upgrading efficiency,the transformation and upgrading production mode of coal chemical enterprises is divided into four types,and the methods and suggestions to improve the transformation and upgrading efficiency of each type of enterprises are pointed out.
