基于改进灰色关联的产学研合作绩效评价模型 被引量:3

The Performance Evaluation Model of University-Industry Cooperation Based on Improved Grey Incidence

摘要 针对现有产学研合作绩效评价的问题,构建以灰色关联理论为主体的评价体系.首先根据合作主体的投入产出特点,建立产学研合作分类指标体系.而后以提升权重认知度为目标,通过灰熵识别争议指标并进行二次打分,构建基于灰熵校正的权重确定方法.进而根据指标体系的投入产出结构对灰色关联模型进行改进,构建新型灰色关联评价方法.识别产学研合作中的绩效偏移问题,构建协调度评价模型.最后对2012-2014年江苏产学研联合创新资金资助项目进行研究,发现该资金资助的项目规模不断增加但效率有所下降,技术提供方绩效普遍高于技术需求方,验证了模型的有效性与实用性. According to the existing problems of university-industry cooperation performance evaluation,the evaluation system is constructed with grey incidence theory as the main.Firstly,the university-industry cooperation category index system is built on the basis the characteristics of input and output.To raise the awareness of weight,dispute index is distinguished and secondary scoring was performed with grey entropy,and the weight determination based on grey entropy correction is constructed.Then in the basis of input-output structure the improved grey incidence evaluation method is built.Identifying the level of offset in cooperation,the model of coordination is built.Finally,discussing the example of university-industry cooperation subsidized by joint innovation funding of Jiangsu universityindustry in between 2012-2014,the results show that the cooperation scale is increasing,the efficiency is dropping a little,the performances of technology provider side are generally higher than the technology demand side,are obtained,and the effectiveness and practicality of the models are verified.
