摘要
从矿业供给侧改革视角,基于SBM-Global Malmqusit生产率指数,分析了1999-2016年中国矿业5个细分产业全要素生产率及其构成.研究发现:整体上中国矿业全要素生产率呈现出增长的态势,1999-2016年年均增长11.5%,分解的TEC和TC分别为0.998和1.129,说明生产技术的改进是中国矿业TFP得以改善的主要原因;中国矿业全要素生产率除2007-2008年外均呈现正向增长,阶段性特征显著;5个细分产业的TFP均显示出正向增长,但增长速度以及动因存在明显的差异性.
From the perspective of the supply-side reform of mining industry and based on the SBM-Global Malmqusit productivity index,this paper analyzes the total factor productivity and its components of five mining segments in China from 1999 to 2016.The study found that the total factor productivity of China’s mining industry showed an overall growth trend,with an average annual growth rate of 11.5%from 1999 to 2016.The decomposed TEC and TC were 0.998 and 1.129,respectively,indicating that the improvement of production technology was the main reason for the improvement of TFP of China’s mining industry.Except for2007-2008,China’s total factor productivity of mining industry showed positive growth,with significant stage characteristics.TFP of 5 subsectors all showed positive growth,but the growth speed and motivation were obviously different.
