“新农合”满意度对农村老年人心理健康影响

Satisfaction of NCMS and Mental Health of Rural Elderly--An empirical study based on Hanzhong city of Shaanxi province

为探究新型农村合作医疗(以下简称"新农合")满意度与农村老年人心理健康之间的关系,提高"新农合"政策的实施效果,改善农村老年人心理健康状况.采取多层随机抽样的方式在陕西省汉中市选取217位农村老年人(≥60岁),采用自行设计的"新农合"满意度及农村老年人心理健康调查问卷展开调研,利用多元阶层回归分析探讨"新农合"满意度对农村老年人心理健康的影响.结果显示:在控制性别、年龄、婚姻状况、受教育程度、健康状况变量的基础上,"新农合"满意度三个因子中政策本身满意度、定点医疗机构满意度因子对心理健康中的幸福感、开朗性、价值感存在显著的正向影响,定点医疗机构满意度因子对心理健康中的抑郁感存在显著的负向影响."新农合"政策的满意度会对农村老年人心理健康产生影响,通过改善"新农合"政策的实施效果,提高"新农合"满意度,有助于改善农村老年人的心理健康状况.

To explore the effect of satisfaction of NCMS on mental health of rural elderly to provide evidence for improving the implementation effect of the new rural cooperative medical system(NCMS)and improving the mental health status of the rural elderly.Using stratified random sampling,we selected 217 elderly over 60 s in Hanzhong,Shaanxi province.On the basis of controlling gender,age,marital status,education level and health variables,it founds that the satisfaction of NCMS includes satisfaction of policy,satisfaction of medical institutions shows significant positive correlation to optimism factor,happiness factor and value factor in positive emotions,whereas satisfaction of medical institutions are negatively correlated with negative emotion.Conclusion:The Satisfaction of NCMS influence the mental health of rural elderly,raising satisfaction degree of NCMS to improve mental health level of rural elderly.
