一例前列腺癌根治术后并发盆腔假性动脉瘤患者的护理体会

NursingExperience of APatient with Pelvic Pseudoaneurysm after Radical Prostatectomy for Prostate Cancer

目的:总结1例腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治性切除术后并发盆腔假性动脉瘤患者的护理经验。方法:护理要点围手术期严密观察患者病情变化,及时发现并发症,配合医生处理好感染、发热、血循环不足等危险,给患者提供个性化健康教育护理模式,给予心理护理,使患者健康康复。结果:患者顺利康复,无腹痛、腹胀,无尿频、尿急、尿痛等不适。结论:早发现、早诊断、早治疗及积极的护理干预,有助于腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治性切除术后并发盆腔假性动脉瘤患者的恢复。

Objective:To summarize nursing experience of one patient with laparoscopic radical prostatectomy complicated with pelvic pseudoaneurysms.Method:Closely observe perioperative condition change of the patient,timely find complications,cooperate a doctor to deal with danger such as infection,fever,insufficient blood circulation,and provide personalized health education and psychological nursing to the patient.Result:The patient recovered smoothly,without abdominal pain,abdominal distention,urinary frequency,urgency,urine pain and other discomforts.Conclusions:Early detection,early diagnosis,early treatment and active nursing intervention were conducive to recovery of the patient with laparoscopic radical prostatectomy complicated with pelvic pseudoaneurysms.
