精致护理联合情志护理对糖尿病视网膜病变患者不良情绪及生活质量的影响

Effects of Delicate Nursing Combined with Emotional Nursing on Adverse Mood and Quality of Life in Patients with Diabetic Retinopathy

目的:探究精致护理联合情志护理对糖尿病视网膜病变患者不良情绪及生活质量的影响。方法:将2016年6月~2018年12月本院就诊的糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)患者101例,按照随机数表法分为观察组(n=51)和对照组(n=50),对照组实施常规护理,观察组在基础护理上实施精致护理联合情志护理,比较不同护理效果的差异。结果:观察组治疗依从性(94.12%vs 72.00%)和对护理工作满意度(82.35%vs 62.00%)均高于对照组,护理1个月后,观察组Hb A1c(6.02±1.01vs 7.22±1.37)、FBG(6.02±1.88 vs 7.22±2.45)、2hFBG(8.25±2.14 vs 10.26±3.44)均优于对照组(P<0.05),DM QLS(212.45±16.22 vs 243.15±19.48)、PSQI(9.98±0.84 vs 11.28±0.99)、SDS(51.25±3.84 vs 62.19±5.02)、SAS(52.44±2.28 vs 63.65±4.79)量表评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对糖尿病视网膜病变患者应用精致护理联合情志护理有助于改善患者不良情绪,提高其血糖控制效果和生活质量,该方式依从性好、满意度高,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of delicate nursing combined with emotional nursing on adverse mood and quality of life in patients with diabetic retinopathy.Method:101 cases of diabetic retinopathy(DR)patients treated in our hospital from June 2016 to December 2018 were taken as the research objects,and were divided into observation group(n=51)and control group(n=50)according to the random number table method,the control group received routine nursing care,and the observation group performed delicate nursing combined with emotional care on this basic care,and compared the differences in the effects of different care.Result:Observation group treatment compliance(94.12%vs 72.00%)and satisfaction with nursing work(82.35%vs 62.00%)were significantly higher than the control group.After 1 month of nursing,HbA1 c(6.02±1.01 vs 7.22±1.37),FBG(6.02±1.88 vs 7.22±2.45)and 2 h FBG(8.25±2.14 vs 10.26±3.44)were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),DMQLS(212.45±16.22 vs 243.15±19.48),PSQI(9.98±0.84 vs 11.28±0.99),SDS(51.25±3.84 vs 62.19±5.02),and SAS(52.44±2.28 vs 63.65±4.79)scale evaluations are significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of exquisite nursing combined with emotional nursing to patients with diabetic retinopathy can help improve patients’adverse mood,improve their blood glucose control effect and quality of life.This method has good compliance and high satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
