摘要
为了适应列车制动机技术发展,利用智能化技术研制一种新型列车制动模拟试验系统,将实物制动试验装置与计算机控制的虚拟制动仿真试验系统有机联成一体。在分析制动作用过程压力气体状态方程以及流体变化特征基础上,推导能反映阀体结构和气压变化特征的模块化制动机数字模型,建立了反映列车制动性能特征的仿真试验系统以及与试验装置相联的接口系统。通过不同编组车辆制动系统试验验证,证明了所建立的制动模拟试验系统符合实际制动试验规律,可以作为研究制动机性能的试验平台。
In order to accommodate the development of train brake technology,a new train brake simulation and test system is developed by using intelligent technology,integrating properly the real brake test device with a computer-controlled virtual brake simulation and test system.On the basis of analyzing the equation of pressurized air state in braking operation and the characteristics of fluid change,the digital model of modular brake is deduced to present the valve body structure and the characteristics of air pressure change,and a simulation&test system and a interface system connecting test device is set up to display the characteristics of train brake performance.The experimental verification of the brake system of different train formation proves the conformation of the established simulation and test system to the rule of practical brake test,which can be used as the test platform for the research of brake performance.
