柔性石墨烯/聚苯胺纸的简易制备及电化学性能 被引量:2

摘要 采用简单的原位聚合、真空抽滤和低温原位法,制备了柔性的石墨烯/聚苯胺复合纸,作为超级电容器自支撑电极.采用SEM,TEM,FTIR,XRD,Raman对材料结构和形貌进行表征,通过循环伏安曲线、恒流充放电曲线、交流阻抗谱评价了电极的电化学性能.结果显示,当GO∶An=1∶3(质量比),柔性电极的质量、面积比电容分别达到493 F/g,692.8 mF/cm^-1. A flexible graphene/polyaniline composite paper was prepared by a simple in-situ polymerization,vacuum filtration and reduction under a low temperature.The characterizations of structure and morphology were performed by using SEM,TEM,FTIR,XRD,and Raman.The electrochemical properties of the electrodes were evaluated by the cyclic voltammetry curves,constant current charge and discharge curves,and electrochemical impedance spectra.The results showed that the gravimetric and areal capacitances were up to 493 F/g and 692.8 mF/cm^2,respectively,when the mass ratio of graphene oxide to aniline was 1∶3.
