斜沟煤矿通风设施优化研究

摘要 斜沟煤矿井下调风采用增阻调节法,造成矿井负压偏高,井下调风困难.对此问题,提出以降阻调节为核心对通风系统进行优化,根据理论分析及经验,拟定对多个通风设施进行优化的方案,通过使用Ventsim软件进行矿井仿真模拟,经模拟解算得出最优方案.由解算结果可知,优化方案降低了矿井负压,增大了矿井风量,使通风系统更加合理稳定. The method of increasing resistance is used to adjust the air,resulting in high negative pressure and difficult air regulation in Xiegou Coal Mine.In order to solve this problem,it is proposed to optimize the ventilation system with drag reduction regulation as the core.According to the theoretical analysis and experience,it is proposed to optimize a number of ventilation facilities.The mine simulation is carried out through Ventsim software,and the optimal scheme is obtained through the simulation solution.The results show that the optimization scheme reduces the negative pressure of the mine,increases the air volume of the mine and makes the ventilation system more reasonable and stable.
