摘要
稀土抛光粉在使用时通常调制成抛光浆料,对抛光浆料在使用过程中的抛光性能及沉降性进行了研究.认为分散剂、纤维素醚、碱土金属碳酸盐与稀土抛光粉定量配置的组合物有较高的研削力,有利于抛光粉的循环使用.
The polishing and settling properties of the rare earth polishing powder slurry in the polishing procedure were discussed,which effectively influences the stock removal rate of the powder.Results showed that sodium carbonate combined with the dispersant and cellulose ethers enhanced the soft-settling characteristics of the used slurry,and the compositions can stay redispersable for over 96 hours.It is beneficial to recycle the polishing powder.
