分析了埋弧焊机床特点,指出存在的问题,按照明孤焊生产要求对埋弧焊设备进行了改造.减少了外购新明弧焊机的费用,取得了较好的经济效益.

The characteristics of submerged are welder were analyzed,and the existing problems were pointed out.A technical modifcation was made on the submerged are welder according to the re-quirements of open arc welding production.The cost of purchasing new open arc welder is saved,and economic benefits are better.
