摘要
针对设施蔬菜自动化移栽中自动投苗和机具轻简化这两个关键问题,研制了以穴盘苗为自动投苗对象的2YG-2型设施蔬菜移栽机。该机型通过对自动投苗动作进行设定,建立起自动投苗动作之间的关联关系,使由几个连贯分解动作组成的每个自动投苗动作之间,在一个完整的自动投苗周期内保持一定的时间顺序逻辑关系;其次设计了相应的机械式执行机构,根据自动投苗动作关联关系,通过制定执行机构关键点相对位移对应图,关联协调各执行机构。从而通过由几个简单机械机构相组合的方式完成复杂的自动投苗,实现了机具轻简化的目标。田间试验表明,设施蔬菜移栽机自动投苗执行机构工作顺畅、衔接有序,功能执行快速准确,机具栽植合格率达到92%,满足设计要求。
Aiming at the two key problems of automatic seedling and light simplification in automatic transplanting of facility vegetables,a 2YG-2type facility vegetable transplanter with automatic seedling seedlings was developed.In order to realize automatic seeding,the automatic seeding actions of 2YG-2type facility vegetable transplanter were set up,and set up the relationships about the automatic seeding actions,to keep the relevance of time and sequence between each action of the automatic seeding actions in a process of automatic seeding cycle.All corresponding actuators base on mechanical structure were designed,and according to the relationships of automatic seeding actions,drawn up the corresponding relationship about relative displacement of each mechanism key points,to arrange and coordinate each mechanism.The aim of that researches was to complete complex automatic seeding by combining several simple mechanism,to solve the problem of simplified transplanter.Field trials show that the mechanisms of facility vegetable transplanter for automatic seedling work smoothly and in an orderly manner,and the function execution is fast and accurate,the qualified rate of machine planting reaches 92%,so that the machine meets the design requirements.
