摘要 目前日光温室调控的算法较多,而面向日光温室通用设施调控的实用系统研究较少。以北方日光温室中常见的卷帘、卷膜和滴灌阀门为研究对象,结合传感技术、无线传输等技术,研制一套适用于日光温室中的调控系统,该系统由温室现场设备、服务器后台及网站组成,实现温室设施的自动化调控和用户远程调控。测试结果表明:该系统有效解决温室设施中卷帘、卷膜机使用过程中常见问题,如走偏、越位和烧毁电机等;系统能稳定运行在恶劣环境中,实现日光温室内设施的自动化调控。 At present,there are many algorithms for the regulation of solar greenhouse,however,there are few practical systems for the regulation of general facilities in solar greenhouse.This paper takes the rolling curtain,film rolling and drip irrigation valves in the north sunlight greenhouse as the research object,combined with the sensor technology,wireless transmission technology,developed a set of suitable for greenhouse control system,the system consists of greenhouse field device and web sites,mobile end,realizes the greenhouse facilities of automatic control and remote control by the user.The test results show that the system can effectively solve the common problems in the use of the rolling curtain and film rolling machine in the greenhouse,such as deviation,offside and burning out the motor.The system can run stably in the harsh environment and realize the automatic control of the facilities in the solar greenhouse.
