基于Unity 3D的虚拟大葱联合收获机模拟操作研究

摘要 为促进国内大葱收获机械操作培训现代化发展,解决传统培训效果差、费用高的问题,提出一种基于Unity 3D虚拟环境下模拟操作大葱联合收获机田间收获作业的方法。为契合大葱收获农艺要求,首先通过SolidWorks软件建立大葱联合收获机三维模型,利用3ds Max软件实现大葱种植三维地形和大葱植株的建立,最后通过对Unity 3D虚拟引擎中碰撞检测、动画状态机、画面视点切换等关键技术研究,实现虚拟环境下步骤化模拟大葱联合收获机田间收获作业,提高了作业可视化。系统运行效果表明,该虚拟仿真平台可让学员真实地模拟操作大葱联合收获机进行田间收获,受训效果反馈良好,具有推广应用培训农机人才的作用。 In order to promote the modernization of operation training of green Chinese onion harvesting machinery in China and to solve the problem of poor effect and high cost on traditional training,this paper presents a method to simulate the field harvesting operation of the green Chinese onion combine harvester based on Unity 3Dvirtual environment.In order to meet the agricultural requirements of green onion harvest,firstly,the 3D model of green Chinese onion combine harvester is established through SolidWorks software,using 3ds Max software to realize the establishment of Three-dimensional terrain and green Chinese onion plants,finally,through the key technology research of collision detection,animation state machine and screen viewpoint switching in Unity 3Dvirtual engine,the step-by-step simulation of the green Chinese onion harvesting machine harvesting operation in the virtual environment is realized.The system operation effect shows that the virtual simulation platform allows the students to realistically simulate the operation of the green Chinese onion combine harvester for field harvesting,and the training effect feedback is good,and it has the function of promoting the application and training of agricultural machinery talents.
