摘要
陶文化属于中华优秀传统文化,陶文化育人是无锡工艺职业技术学院独具特色的育人模式。将系统论应用于陶文化育人系统,可以更为清晰地认识陶文化育人系统的管理主体、教育主体、教育客体、教育介体四大要素构成和相互关联,促进诸要素间的完美匹配;分析陶文化育人系统的自然环境、经济环境、政治环境和文化环境等外部条件,利用环境因素实现系统优化升级;探索陶文化育人系统的动力机制、目标机制、保障机制、超循环机制等,使陶文化育人系统发挥最佳效果。
Ceramic culture belongs to the excellent traditional culture of China,and the cultivation of pottery culture is a unique mode of education of wuxi technical college of technology. By applying the system theory to the tao cultural education system,the management subject,education subject,education object and education medium of the tao cultural education system can be more clearly understood and related to each other,so as to promote the perfect matching among the various elements. The natural environment,economic environment,political environment,cultural environment and other external conditions of the tao cultural education system were analyzed,and the system was optimized and upgraded by using environmental factors. The paper explores the dynamic mechanism,objective mechanism,guarantee mechanism and supercycle mechanism of the ceramic culture education system so as to make the best effect of the pottery culture education system.
