Psychological quality analysis of judges in skill competition

针对技能大赛裁判员心理素质的高低除了会直接影响到技能大赛的开展外,还会影响比赛的结果这一问题,采用文献分析法,对有关裁判员的相关文献进行分析和总结,发现技能大赛裁判员良好心理素质养成的重要性,总结了技能大赛裁判员执裁中常见的几种不良心理,提出了提升技能大赛裁判员心理素质的建议。

The psychological quality of the referees in the skills competition will not only directly affect the development of the skills competition,but also affect the results of the competition.For this problem,the relevant literatures about referees are analyzed by the method of literature analysis.It is discovered that the development of judges′good psychological quality is important in skills competition.Judges′common unhealthy psychological problems in the skills competitions are summed up,and furthermore,some suggestions are put forward on improving the psychological quality of judges in skill competitions.
