摘要 介绍了激冷气压缩机用大型闭式整体叶轮的加工方法,包括五坐标加工中心整体加工、轮盘叶片和轮盖组合焊接加工、整体电火花成形加工等工艺方法。通过对比分析,提出了一种行之有效的电火花成形加工工艺方法。通过叶轮模型及数据进行三维建模,再根据三维模型进电极设计与制造,最后进行电火花成形加工和在线检测等研究,最终完成了国内首例直径大于700 mm的大型闭式整体叶轮的制造。 The machining method of large closed integral impeller used for cooling air compressor is introduced in this paper.This machining method includes integrated machining of 5-coordinate machining center,combined welding of disc blade and wheel cover,and integrated EDM process.This paper presents an effective EDM process for machining large closed integral impeller.Three-dimensional modeling is performed based on the impeller model and data,and electrode design and manufacturing are carried out based on the three-dimensional model.Finally,EDM and on-site inspection took place in the machine.Using this machining method,the manufacturing of the first large integral closed impeller with a diameter of more than 700mm has been successfully completed in China.
