摘要
提出了一种适用于硬质合金等难加工材料高效加工的电火花磨削加工装置。应用间隙平均电压检测法实现了对间隙状态的自动控制,研制了电火花加工电控系统,并基于此搭建了电火花磨削加工试验装置。通过硬质合金材料的加工试验,探究电极转速和峰值电流对工件表面粗糙度及材料去除率的影响规律,并提出测量材料去除率的拟合圆方法。试验结果表明,不同的电极转速和峰值电流会显著影响工件的表面粗糙度及材料去除率。
In this paper,a kind of electrical discharge grinding device suitable for high efficiency machining of difficult-to-cut materials such as cemented carbide is presented,and the processing experiments are carried out.The automatic control of gap state is realized by the method of average gap voltage detection,an electrical control system of EDM is developed,and based on this,an electrical discharge grinding experiment device is built.Through the processing experiment of cemented carbide materials,the influences of electrode rotation speed and peak current on surface roughness and material removal rate of workpiece are investigated,and a fitting circle method for measuring material removal rate is proposed.The experimental results show that different grinding speed and peak current will affect the surface roughness and material removal rate of workpieces obviously.
