上海市曲阳社区儿童血清25-羟维生素D3水平不足影响因素分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨上海市曲阳社区儿童血清25-羟维生素D3[25-(OH)D3]水平不足的影响因素。方法选取2017年3月至2019年3月在曲阳社区卫生服务中心体检的儿童797例,荧光定量免疫层析法检测儿童血清25-(OH)D3水平,问卷调查儿童25-(OH)D3相关的基本信息和用药情况,logistic回归分析其影响因素。结果单因素logistic回归结果显示性别、月龄、体重、身高、小儿本阶段患病、小儿每日户外活动这些因素的P<0.15。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,体重是儿童血清25-(OH)D3水平不足的保护因素,相对于0~10kg组,≥10kg组的发病优势比OR值为0.410(95%CI:0.176~0.954,P<0.05);小儿本阶段患病是儿童25-(OH)D3水平不足的危险因素,相对于未患病组,患病组的发病优势比OR值为1.974(95%CI:1.050~4.102,P<0.05);小儿每日户外活动时间是儿童25-(OH)D3水平不足的保护因素,相对于0h组,≥2h组的发病优势比OR值为0.722(95%CI:0.539~0.993,P<0.05)。结论儿童体重过轻、小儿本阶段患病、户外活动时间不足容易引起25-(OH)D3不足,需给予相应措施及时校正。 Objective To investigate the serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D3[25-(OH)D3]levels among children in Shanghai Quyang Community.Methods Serum25-(OH)D3 levels were measured with fluorescence quantitative immunochromatography in 797 children of Shanghai Quyang community fromMarch 2017 to March 2019.Logistic regression was performed to analyze the risk factors of 25-(OH)D3 insufficiency.Results The result of single-factor binary logistic regression showed that probability values of genden,month age,weight,stature,illness of this stage,daily outdoor activeties were lower than 0.15.Multivariate logistic regression showed that over body weight≥10kg(OR=0.410,95%CI:0.176-0.954,P<0.05),illness(OR=1.974,95%CI:1.050-4.102,P<0.05),outdoor activity≥2h(OR=0.722,95%CI:0.539-0.993,P<0.05)were the protective or risk factors of 25-(OH)D3 insufficiency in children.Conclusion Underweight and disease are risk factors of children with low serum25-(OH)D3 level and outdoor activities are protective factor.
