摘要
累及肠道的血管疾病包括累及肠道的血管炎和非炎症性血管病。血管疾病常需要与炎症性肠病相鉴别。本文归纳和总结了临床常见的血管炎和血管病的病理学特点,以期为慢性缺血性肠病和炎症性肠病提供鉴别诊断思路。
Vascular diseases involving the intestine include vasculitis characterized by systemic organ involvement and non-inflammatory vascular lesions,which often need to be differentiated from inflammatory bowel disease.This paper summarizes the pathological features of vasculitis and vascular diseases,in order to provide differential diagnostic clues for chronic intestinal ischemic lesions and inflammatory bowel disease.
