摘要
利用设备安康智能管控系统对轧机接轴进行实时振动监测,采集其常规振动参数,通过长周期数据收集,分析其状态变化规律,进而制定适当的劣化分级界限,降低了现场点检维护工作强度和难度,提升了对宽厚板生产线中低速重载设备管控水平.
Using the equipment Ankang intelligent control system to carry out real-time vibration monitoring on the rolling mill connecting shaft,collect its conventional vibration parameters,through long-period data collection,analyze its state change rule,and then formulate appropriate degradation classification boundary,reduce the intensity and difficulty of spot inspection and maintenance,and improve the management and control level of low-speed and heavy-duty equipment in the wide and thick plate production line.
