幼儿教师社会支持对工作投入的影响:自我效能感的中介效应 被引量:8

The Impact of Social Support on Job Involvement of Preschool Teachers:the Mediating Effect of Self-efficacy

摘要 为了解幼儿教师社会支持对工作投入的影响和自我效能感对幼儿教师社会支持与工作投入的中介效应,采用社会支持评定量表、幼儿教师工作投入量表以及自我效能感量表,对随机选取的幼儿教师进行了调查研究。结果发现:幼儿教师社会支持总均分为4.011,工作投入总均分为3.800,自我效能感总均分为2.788;幼儿教师社会支持、工作投入以及自我效能感之间存在显著的正相关;幼儿教师社会支持对其工作投入具有显著预测作用,自我效能感进入回归方程后,工作投入的回归系数虽然有所减小,但是其显著性水平依然存在。结论:幼儿教师社会支持、工作投入水平较高,自我效能感水平相对偏低,未来有待提升和改善;幼儿教师的自我效能感越高,其能够获得的社会支持和对工作投入的水平也相应较高;幼儿教师工作投入受到社会支持和自我效能感的双重影响,自我效能感在幼儿教师的工作投入与社会支持间起部分中介效应。 In order to understand the impact of social support on the job involvement of preschool teachers and the mediating effect of self-efficacy on the social support and job involvement of preschool teachers,a survey was conducted of randomly selected preschool teachers using a social support assessment scale,preschool teachers’job involvement scale and self-efficacy scale.As shown by the survey result,the social support of preschool teachers is on average 4.011,while their job involvement is 3.800,and their self-efficacy is 2.788,so there is a significant positive correlation among the social support,job involvement and self-efficacy of preschool teachers.The social support of preschool teachers has a significant predictive effect on their work input,for after the self-efficacy is adopted in the regression equation,the regression coefficient of the work input would decrease,but its significance level still exists.Therefore,as is concluded,the level of social support and job involvement of preschool teachers is relatively high,while the level of their self-efficacy is relatively low,which needs to be enhanced and improved in the future.Moreover,the higher the self-efficacy of preschool teachers is,the higher level of their social support obtained and job involvement invested would be.Therefore,preschool teachers’job involvement is affected by both social support and self-efficacy,while self-efficacy has a partial mediating effect between the job involvement and social support of preschool teachers.
