3D打印导板结合3D打印个体化金属骨小梁假体治疗肱骨干骨肿瘤二例 被引量:4

摘要 骨肿瘤切除术后骨缺损的治疗方法多样,包括自体骨移植、同种异体骨移植、异种骨移植、瘤段灭活再植术、定制假体、Masquelet膜诱导成骨技术、伊利扎洛夫外固定支架骨延长术。3D打印技术由于能个体化定制假体,能打印几何形态复杂的物体,其在骨肿瘤外科的术前规划、术中截骨、个体化假体的制造等方面扮演了越来越重要的角色[1]。
