慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜下鼻窦开放术治疗期间应用认知护理干预的价值分析

Analysis of the application value of cognitive nursing intervention in the treatment of chronic sinusitis by endoscopic sinus opening surgery

目的探讨采用内镜下鼻窦开放术治疗慢性鼻窦炎(Chronic Sinusitis,CRS)期间,应用认知护理干预对患者治疗效果的影响。方法选取2018年1-12月本院收治的100例行鼻内镜下鼻窦开放术的慢性鼻窦炎患者作为研究对象,使用随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组两组,每组各50例。对照组采取常规护理模式,观察组在对照组基础上予以认知干预护理,观察比较两组患者的焦虑评分、疼痛评分、不良反应总发生率、护理依从性及护理满意度。结果治疗后,两组患者的焦虑评分较治疗前明显改善,其中观察组效果更明显(P<0.05),观察组患者的术后疼痛评分、不良事件发生率、护理依从性、护理满意度均优于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论认知护理干预可以明显提高患者的依从性,对患者的焦虑及疼痛情况改善、不良反应发生等有一定效果,值得在临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the effect of cognitive nursing intervention on the treatment outcome of patients with chronic sinusitis(CRS)during endoscopic sinus opening surgery.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic sinusitis admitted to our hospital and received endoscopic sinus opening surgery from January to December 2018 were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,50 in each group.The control group was treated with conventional nursing mode,and the observation group was given cognitive intervention nursing on the basis of the control group.The anxiety score,pain score,total incidence of adverse reactions,nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,anxiety scores of patients in the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the effect was more obvious in the observation group(P<0.05).Postoperative pain scores,incidence of adverse events,nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group were all better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Cognitive nursing intervention could obviously improve the patient’s compliance,and has certain effect on the patient’s anxiety and pain condition improvement,adverse reaction occurrence and so on,which is worth popularizing in clinic.
