创伤失血性休克是多发伤的严重合并症及主要死因之一.失血性休克患者常出现肾上腺皮质激素水平紊乱,致使病情加重,面临更高病死率.本文就创伤失血性休克对糖皮质激素、盐皮质激素水平影响的国内外研究进行综述.

Traumatic hemorrhagic shock(THS)is a severe complication and a main cause of death in patients with multiple trauma.In patients with traumatic hemorrhagic shock,adrenocortical hormone levels are always altered,with exacerbating conditions and a high mortality.This article reviewed the effects of traumatic hemorrhagic shock to glucocorticoid(GC)and mineralocorticoid(MC)levels.
