摘要
为寻求茂名油页岩露天矿最佳的剥离开采工艺,依据开采工艺选择的原则及油页岩与剥离物赋存特点,提出可供选择的单斗-卡车间断、轮斗连续、吊斗铲倒堆和自移式破碎机半连续等工艺方案,并从各方案技术可行性、设备投资、运营成本等方面进行详细的比较论证。为降低初期投资,突出露天煤矿初期经济效益,推荐采用单斗-卡车-半移动破碎站-带式输送机半连续工艺为采矿工艺。
In order to seek the best stripping system in Maoming Oil Shale Open-pit Mine,according to the principles of mining system selection and the characteristics of the oil shale and overburden in the mine,the article presents the single bucket excavator-truck discontinuous mining system,the bucket-wheel excavator continuous mining system,the dragline casting mining system and the mobile crusher semi-continuous mining system for the mine,and compares and demonstrates the technical feasibility,equipment investment,operating cost and other aspects of each mining system.In order to reduce the initial investment and highlight the initial economic benefits of the open-pit mine,we recommend the semi-continuous system of single bucket excavator-truck-semi-mobile crushing station-belt conveyor as the mining process.
