露天采场道路较为恶劣,轮胎的安全状态直接影响卡车的安全运行。神华北电胜利能源有限公司设备维修中心结合近8年的220 t卡车轮胎维护经验,通过落实精细化管理模式,保障了轮胎的持续安全平稳运行,其中部分精细管理措施已在神华准能公司、神华宝日希勒能源等公司进行了应用推广。

As the road is poor in open-pit stope,tire safety directly affects the safe operation of the truck.The equipment maintenance center of Shenhua Beidian Shengli Energy Company combines with tire maintenance experience of 220t truck of nearly 8 years,through the implementation of various refined safety management,ensures the tire safe and stable operation.Some of the fine management measures have been applied and promoted in Shenhua zhuneng Company and Shenhua Baorixile Energy Company.
