南水北调东线聊城段工程运行现状及展望

Current situation and prospect of Liaocheng section in east route of South-To-North Water Diversion Project

南水北调东线聊城段工程的顺利实施可缓解山东鲁北地区用水紧张,同时还可向河北、天津应急调引江水,可大幅提升沿线工程的汛期防洪排涝能力。本文基于聊城段工程运行管理实际,阐述了近年来该工程发挥通水运行、应急供水及防洪排涝效益的情况,分析总结了运行管理特点,并对未来发展进行了展望。

The smooth implementation of Liaocheng section in the east route of South-To-North Water Diversion Project can ease the water shortage in east Shandong.Meanwhile,river water can be led to Hebei and Tianjin,thereby greatly improving the flood control and drainage capacity along the project.Water traffic operation,emergency water supply and flood control drainage benefits are exerted by the project in recent years,and concrete situations are introduced in the paper based on the actual operation and management of project in Liaocheng Section.The characteristics of operation and management are analyzed and summarized,and future development are prospected.
