摘要
采用植被样方实地调查,结合浅井揭露土层并采集土壤易溶盐样、重量含水率样的方法,建立艾丁湖流域荒漠区天然旱生植被群落盖度、物种空间分布与土壤含水率、含盐量、pH的定性及定量关系。研究表明,地表以下0.75m为土壤水盐分异拐点和影响植被种类及长势的临界深度。0~0.75m层段和0.75~5.00m层段的土壤平均含水率及平均含盐量差异明显,两个层段内旱生单物种对土壤水分及含盐量的需求程度也差异显著。单样地的物种丰富度指数、植被总盖度均与土壤pH值负相关。干旱内陆盆地的水盐分布及湿地退变的响应关系研究为评价生态环境恶化,预测发展趋势,丰富生态系统相关关系调查成果提供了科学途径。
Qualitative and quantitative relationship between coverage of natural xerophyte community,spatial distribution of species,soil moisture content,salt content and pH values in the desert area of the Aydingkol Lake basin is established by use of in-situ investigation of vegetation sample in combination with soil soluble salt sampling and weight moisture content sampling.The study indicates that inflection point of soil water-salt difference and critical depth of vegetation type and growth is 0.75 m,soils in the 0-0.75 m section and 0.75-5 m section are obvious different in average moisture content and average salt content and demand of single xerophytic species on soil moisture and salt content.The species richness index and vegetation coverage of single plot were all negatively correlated with soil pH value.Response relationship between water and salt distribution and wetland degeneration in arid inland basin provides scientific basis for evaluating the ecological environment and predicting the development trend.
