With the vigorous development of social policy discipline,policy evaluation as a measure of the effect of social policy practice,has been paid more and more attention,and has become one of the main research topics of policy science.In this,different philosophic orientations are the basic reasons for various forms of social policy evaluation.The increasingly diversified evaluation practice not only enriches the types of social policy evaluation,but also improves the effectiveness of policy implementation in the way of“backward force”.Complex policy environment,macro political structure and other factors will affect the evaluation results of social policy,but this interactive integration process will also promote policy participants to carry out policy learning and policy cooperation,and ultimately promote the implementation of policy and the development of policy science.
