Research on the Mentality of Network Society:Issues,Scenarios and Measures

网络社会心态是提高网络治理能力、建设网络强国的重要议题。利用系统综述的研究方法,从"萌芽""叙事"和"拓展"的角度解构网络社会心态的热点议题,从"理念""对象"和"图式"的角度解读网络社会心态的应用场景,从"挤压""疏导"和"培育"的角度建构网络社会心态的对策集合,展示网络社会心态研究的样态。针对当前研究格局的局限性提出重视"社会心态"的示范效应,转换叙事风格,拓展续写方式;重视理念折射的细化,注重群体的分类细分,采用多维度的创新解构图式,解构网络社会心态的单一研究格局;强调战略化培育、策略化和阶段化疏导、摒弃挤压操作。

Network social mentality is an important issue related to improving network governance ability and building network authority.We use the method of systematic review,based on the perspectives of"bud","narrative",and"development",we deconstruct the issues of social mentality;from the angles of"idea","object"and"schema"we interpret the application scenario of network social mentality,from points of"extrusion","guidance",and"cultivation",we construct the set of measures related to social mentality and paint comprehensive introduction to the network in the research of social mentality.We attach great importance to the limitations of current research and put forward to pattern of"social mood"demonstration effect,and convert narrative style,expand the written way;pay attention to the refinement of the reflection of ideas,pay attention to the classification and subdivision of groups,adopt multi-dimensional innovative deconstruction mode,construct the unique research pattern of network social psychology;Emphasis on strategic cultivation,strategic and phased guidance,the elimination of extrusion operations.
