结直肠腺瘤及结直肠癌患者肠道梭杆菌属与产丁酸菌的相关性 被引量:2

Correlation between Fusobacterium and Butyric Acid-producing Bacteria in Intestinal Tract of Patients with Colorectal Adenoma and Colorectal Cancer

摘要 为分析结直肠腺瘤及结直肠癌患者肠道梭杆菌属与产丁酸菌的相关性,选取健康体检者20名(健康体检组)、结直肠腺瘤20例(结直肠腺瘤组)和结直肠癌20例(结直肠癌组)为研究对象。采用粪便样品实时荧光定量PCR技术对普拉梭菌、直肠真杆菌、梭杆菌属和总菌的16SrRNA基因拷贝数进行定量检测,比较分析检测结果。结果显示,在梭杆菌属丰度方面,结直肠癌组明显高于健康体检组和结直肠腺瘤组(P<0.05),结直肠腺瘤组明显高于健康体检组(P<0.05)。在普拉梭菌丰度和总菌16SrRNA基因拷贝数方面,结直肠腺瘤组均明显低于健康体检组(P<0.05)。三组直肠真杆菌水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结果表明,肠道中的梭杆菌属、产丁酸菌与结直肠癌及结直肠腺瘤的发生存在明显相关性。 To analyze the correlation between Fusobacterium and Butyric acid-producing bacteria in intestinal tract of patients with colorectal adenoma and colorectal cancer,20 healthy physical examinees(health examination group,group A),20 colorectal adenomas cases(colorectal adenoma group,group B)and 20 colorectal cancers cases(colorectal cancer group,group C)were selected into the study.The 16S rRNA gene copy numbers of Faecalibacterium,Eubacterium rectale,Fusobacterium and total bacteria were quantitatively detected by real-time PCR in fecal samples,and the detected results were compared.As results,in the abundance of Fusobacterium,group C was significantly higher than group A and B(P<0.05),and group B was significantly higher than group A(P<0.05);in the abundance of Faecalibacterium and the 16S rRNA gene copy number of total bacteria,group B was significantly lower than group A(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of rectal bacilli among the three groups(P>0.05).The results show that Fusobacterium and Butyric acid-producing bacteria are significantly correlated with the occurrence of colorectal cancer and colorectal adenoma.
