中医整体护理在肛门病术后的应用效果

Application Efficacy of TCM Holistic Nursing after Surgery for Anal Diseases

为探讨中医整体护理在肛门病术后的应用效果,选取本院100例肛门病手术患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各50例。观察组接受中医整体护理,对照组接受常规护理。对比观察2组患者情绪变化、术后疼痛程度和护理配合度。结果显示,观察组患者治疗依从性、并发症发生率明显优于对照组,且患者疼痛程度、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、排便时间、下床活动时间和住院时间也均优于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,肛门病术后实施中医整体护理可以降低术后疼痛,提高护理配合度,降低并发症发生率,缓解患者痛苦和焦虑情绪,值得临床推广应用。

This study was to investigate efficacy of TCM holistic nursing after surgery for anal diseases,enrolled 100 cases of anal diseases in author’s hospital and randomly divided them into observation group(50 cases,received TCM holistic nursing)and control group(50 cases,routine nursing);then,compared patients’ emotion change,postoperative pain degree,and the matching degree with nurse between the two groups.As results,in patients’ compliance to treatment,in complication incidence,in pain degree,in SAS score rating,as well in the time for bowel movement,for ambulation out-of-bed,and for hospitalization,observation group was all significantly superior to control group(all,P <0.05).Results show that TCM holistic nursing after surgery for anal diseases can decline postoperative pain,enhance matching degree with nursing,reduce complication incidence,and,relieve patients’ sufferings and anxiety emotion.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
