优质护理联合中药外洗在嵌顿性直肠脱垂围手术期的应用效果

Application Efficacy of Top-notch Nursing plus TCM Washing Externally at Perioperation of Incarcerated Rectal Prolapse

为探讨优质护理联合中药外洗在嵌顿性直肠脱垂围手术期的应用疗效,将70例嵌顿性直肠脱垂患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各35例。观察组围手术期实施优质护理联合中药外洗治疗,对照组接受常规围手术期护理。比较2组术后排便困难、尿潴留、肠梗阻等并发症发生率及生活质量情况。结果显示,观察组并发症发生率为5.71%,显著低于对照组的14.29%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。干预后观察组患者生活质量评分较干预前显著提升,且显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结果表明,实施优质护理联合中药外洗干预可显著提高嵌顿性直肠脱垂患者舒适度,预防术后并发症的发生,改善患者生活质量,值得推广。

This study was to investigate the efficacy of top-notch nursing plus TCM washing externally at perioperation of incarcerated rectal prolapse(IRP),randomly divided 70 IRP patients into observation group(35 cases,above combined method)and control group(35 cases,routine nursing);then,compared both groups’ complication incidence(including dyschesia,uroschesia,and intestinal obstruction,etc),as well patients’ quality of life.As results,in complication rate observation group was significantly lower than control group(5.71% vs 14.29%,P <0.05);after above intervention in observation group patients’ quality of life was significantly uplifted than before intervention,and superior to control group(P <0.05).Results show that performing top-notch nursing combined with TCM washing externally on IRP patients can significantly enhance their comfort degree,prevent complication occured,improve patients’ quality of life.It is worthy of popularization and application.
