摘要 为获得大直径高温合金调节环的机械加工方法,在实际生产中应用车削、磨削和数控铣削的加工方法来加工调节环厚度尺寸。介绍了3种加工方法的装夹定位方法;在保证了尺寸精度、控制了变形量的同时,结合实际情况详细比对了3种加工方法的关键技术点和优缺点;确定了数控铣削是最理想的加工方法;解决了大直径高温合金调节环备件数量大、占用资金多和因采购周期长而导致维修周期长、成本高的问题。数控铣削加工方法实现了调节环多次重复使用的目的,极大地节约了成本。该研究为类似大直径难加工材料盘类零件的端面加工,提供了很好的参考。 In order to obtain the machining method of the large diameter superalloy adjusting ring,the machining methods of turning,grinding and CNC milling were used to process the thickness of adjusting ring.The clamping location method of three machining methods was introduced.While ensuring the dimensional accuracy and controlling the deformation,the key technical points and advantages and disadvantages of the three machining methods were compared in detail according to the actual situation.It is determined that CNC milling is the ideal processing method.CNC milling method solves the problem of large number of spare parts of the large diameter superalloy adjustment ring,large capital occupation and long maintenance period and high cost due to long purchase period.The CNC milling method realizes the repeated use of adjusting ring,which greatly saves the cost.This study provides a good reference for the end face machining of similar large-diameter disk parts with hard to machine materials.
