安全阀结构外推设计及缩比模型试验方法的介绍

摘要 安全阀是一种超压保护阀门,有着严格的动作性能和排放能力等技术指标要求,大通径、高压力安全阀的设计和试验在目前的工程实践中面临较大的困难.本文介绍了国内外标准规范对于安全阀结构外推扩展设计及缩比模型试验的要求,分析了安全阀系列产品的流道及弹簧设计准则,对于大通径、高压力安全阀的设计及型式试验的方法和原则提出建议. The safety valve is a kind of valve for protection against excessive pressure with strict performance,discharge capacity and other technical requirements.The design and testing of the safety valve with large diameter under high pressure is facing great difficulties in the current engineering practice.The requirements of the domestic and international standard specifications for the extrapolation and expansion design of the safety valve structure and the scale model test are introduced.The flow path and spring design guidelines of the safety valve series are analyzed.Advices for methods and guidelines for designing and type testing of high pressure relief valves with large diameter are proposed.
